- Refractive Surgery or Cataract Pre-Operative Consultations - Evaluations determine your candidacy for surgery, educate you about potential risks and likely outcomes, and help you make an informed decision independent of the surgeon.

To schedule an appointment, please request our Welcome Packet by phone or by email at somersvision@hotmail.com. Completing the history form before your visit will allow for more quality time for the doctor to answer questions about your visual needs. We offer a private pay family discount for 2 people from the same household seen on the same day!
- Contact Lens Patients: Please wear your lenses to the visit and bring the CL parameters (i.e. base curve / power / diameter and brand of lens) to the appointment.
- Medical Visits: Request a referral from your PCP prior to your visit if required.
