The Friends of the Somers Public Library
Used Book Sale
The Friends of the Somers Public Library will sponsor a Used Book Sale on the weekend of October 14th - 16th at Somers Public Library.
- The Collection is on Saturday October 8th
- The Preview is scheduled for Friday October 14th) from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM for a cost of $5.
- The open sale is on Saturday October 15th from 9 AM to 4 PM and on Sunday October 16th from 10 AM to 2 PM.
Prices for adult and children’s hardback and paperback books will range from 25¢ to two dollars with a separate section of
higher priced books. Books will be available in a wide range of categories including fiction, literature, history, travel and more.
The library does not accept donations of magazines, encyclopedias, National Geographic Magazines, or Textbooks.
On Sunday,
all books are half price.
All proceeds from the sale benefit the Somers Public Library. Parking at Somers Public Library is free

Meetings
The Friends of the Library meet five times per year to plan
the events and would love to see new members. Meetings are held at 7:00 in the
Somers Library Meeting room. Please join us!!!
