Membership in the Somers Historical Society is open to everyone who shares the Society's concern for the need to preserve Somers' link with the past for the benefit of the present. People of all ages and backgrounds are encouraged to join the Society and to participate in meetings. Regular meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month , March thru May, September and October. The public is welcome. 
Bi-monthly Newsletters are issued to members and provide up-to-date information on upcoming meetings, 
work in progress and special events.

The March, April, May, September and October  meetings are now held on the fourth Tuesday. We do not have meetings in June, July, August, November, December, January, or February.
