Willard Pinney Good Citizenship Award
and Scholarship Recipients

On Saturday, May 26, 2007 Somers held it's annual Memorial Day Celebration, at the Somers High School Auditorium.  Seniors Sarah Potrikus, Allyson O'Donnell, Jessica Machnicki and Kerri Duffy  have organized the event for the past 5 years.  During the event, they received a special Town Proclamation in appreciation of their hard work and dedication to this special town event from First Selectman Dave Pinney.  The girls were also honored at Senior Awards Night by each receiving The Somers Democratic Town Committee - Willard Pinney Good Citizenship Award and Scholarship.
