Others:  D.Moser, T.Geib, P.Belisle

The meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm by Chairman Roland.

Discussion Plans/Cuts:  P.Roland reviewed the plan update as distributed

by D.Moser.  This update showed a cost figure of $16,787,045 for the

project as amended at the 9/26/02 meeting.  It reflects a 49.33%

reimbursement rate which would mean a cost to the town of approximately

$8,503,232.

P.Roland also reviewed a draft letter to Steve Krasinski and the BOF,

stating that the Building Committee has accomplished all the financial

goals and objectives sent from the BOF via Mr. Krasinski.

The committee discussed the proposed additional referendum questions

which will address some of the portions cut from the project, i.e. field

irrigation, drainage, maintenance building.

There was amotion made (O'Brien), seconded (Broer) and unanimously

approved to authorize and request the Chair to send to the BOF the

letter drafted by P.Roland on 9/30/02 and amended tonight, along with

the budget sheet distributed this evening.

Discussion Informational Brochure:  T.Cowles presented a draft of the

first mailing to the committee.  Changes were discussed and made and

D.Pinney, K.Klein, and T.Geib will rework some of the wording after the

meeting and contact T.Cowles with these changes.  The committee also

requested that T.Cowles get quotes for costs for copying and mailing

this brochure to the community.  P.Roland will take these cost figures

to the BOF next week for approval.

Motion to adjourn at 7:05pm.

Respectfully submitted,

Kathy Klein
