The meeting was called to order at 9:00pm by J.Formeister.

There was discussion of the Public Hearing and comments made by

citizens. A motion was made (O'Brien), seconded (Formeister), and

approved unanimously to oppose any changes to the proposed MBA bus loop.

There was review of the third mailer, as presented by D.Moser. Content,

letters, cost, and colors were discussed. Letters from BOE, BOF, BOS,

and the Building Committee will be forwarded to D.Moser Nov. 8 if

possible. The drawings in the color brochure are far easier to read and

understand than black and white. There was a motion made (Butler),

seconded (O'Brien) and unanimously approved to spend $3100 for the color

format mailer and up to $1000 for postage.

P.Roland reported the BOS decided on one school question at referendum,

one regarding fields, and one for a maintenance building.

Motion to adjourn at 9:19pm.
