The meeting was called to order at 8:55pm by Chairman Roland.

Copies of the last mailer were distributed. They will be ready for

mailing 11/21.

There was discussion of the MBA conferences 11/20 and 11/21 and the Pops

Concert at SHS 11/21/ and 11/22 and trying to have members there to

distribute info; there are not enough extra mailers, but a short flier

could be copied reminding people to vote at referendum. The display

boards are tied up those evenings for presentations to the RTC and Lions

Club. There are also conferences at SES 12/4 and 12/5, at which time

the drawings can be displayed and a handout distributed.

Letters to the editor were discussed and who can legally have them

printed when. There will be press coverage of the projects before

referendum also.

The PTA has written a flier to go home with students. It has been

approved by the Town Attorney.

The Building Committee will hold a special meeting after the referendum

vote is tallied 12/10. We will also hold our regular meeting 12/12 so

we can approve minutes and bills.
