I. CALL TO ORDER:
The Planning Commission meeting of March 20, 2003 was called to order by Chairman Karl Walton at 9:10pm. Members Bordeaux, Collins, Viera, Walton and Alternate Members Hayward (seated for Haas), McCaleb, and Pellissier were present and constituted a quorum. Also in attendance was Town Planner Patrice Carson.
II. NEW BUSINESS:
a. SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY
MOBILE HOME FOR EMERGENCY HOUSING, 70 MOUNTAIN VIEW ROAD, CLARK
Mrs. Carson reported that this was a Zoning Referral for a temporary mobile home for a family whose house had a fire. Temporary housing was needed while their house was cleaned and repaired. There was really only one location for the mobile home because it had to be hooked up to the existing septic and well.
A motion was made by Mr. Viera, seconded by Mr. Collins, and unanimously voted to recommend to the Zoning Commission approval of the Special Use Permit for a mobile home to be temporarily located at 70 Mountain View Road to be used as emergency housing while the fire damage was cleaned and repaired on their existing home.
III. ADJOURNMENT:
A motion was made by Mr. Bordeaux, seconded by Mrs. Hayward, and unanimously voted to adjourn the Planning Commission Meeting of March 20, 2003 at 9:15pm.
