Jackson regarding Economic Development Meeting on April 30th. memo

memo to Senior Advisory Committee
COMMITTEES:
Meals
on Wheels: As of 4/4/03, balance in
Savings Account after withdrawal of $500 was $12,815.17. Checking Account after deposits of $1,204.50
and disbursement of $1,074.00 was $692.24. For the 4-week month, 3/3-3/29,
there were 12 clients served 318 meals; subsidized meals amounted to $438.00.
Senior
Luncheons: No date as yet for lunch
at Somers High School.

BUSINESS:
Date
for Christmas Party at Joanna’s Restaurant tentatively set for 2nd
Wednesday in December.
Cell
Phones: 4 seniors on waiting list;
expecting more phones to come in.
Second
trip to Foxwood’s on May 12 sold out.
