SPECIAL MEETING

5/19/03; 7:15 p.m.

I. CALL TO ORDER:

Chairman Joan Formeister called the meeting to order at 7:16 p.m. Members present were: Joan Formeister; Lise Wood; Dan Fraro and Karl Walton.

II. NEW BUSINESS:

a. Wetlands Application #474, Inground Pool, Within Upland Review Area, 7 Meadow Brook Road, Taylor

Joan Formeister made a motion to accept Wetlands Application #474 for an inground pool within the upland review area at 7 Meadow Brook Road. This motion was seconded by Lise Wood and unanimously approved by the Commission.

III. ADJOURNMENT:

Motion to adjourn was made by Lise Wood; seconded by Karl Walton and unanimously approved by the Commission. The meeting adjourned at 7:18 p.m.
