I. CALL TO ORDER: At 7:40 PM by Tom Chilicki.

II. AUDIENCE: None.
III BILLS: Bills were reviewed and
accepted. An updated budget report from Jen Charette was reviewed and accepted
by the commission.
The commission authorized Jen Charette to purchase
three signs (skateboard park, pavilion, and office) at approximately $50 each.
Summer Camp: Tom Chilicki and Jen Charette updated the
commission on the status of the summer camp. No major problems or issues were
reported. Joanne Ritter and Ginny Tabb will be invited to the August commission
meeting to review the summer camp.
A. PROGRAM FEES: Tom Chilicki will contact
the Cressotti Baseball Camp, Somers Titans fast pitch softball teams, Somers
American Legion team, and Conrad McIntire’s Tennis Camp to collect self-support
fees as mandated by P&R policy.
B.
FIELD/FACILITIES:
Jen Charette and Tom Chilicki will review all programs
to ensure that all proper forms have been utilized, and that all fees have been
collected.
A sports association meeting will be scheduled for
August to review affiliated status of all organizations.
The commission reviewed and
accepted Jen Charette’s Coordinator’s report.
Tom Chilicki will contact Conrad McIntire, Jr.
regarding missing tennis equipment from the park shed.
