I. CALL TO ORDER:

Chairman Karl Walton called the meeting to order at 6:50 p.m. Members present were: Karl Walton; Brad Pellissier; Mike Collins; Len Viera and Alternate Michelle Hayward who was seated for Cliff Bordeaux.

II. NEW BUSINESS:

a. Reconfiguration of Lots, 32 Applewood Drive & 620 Hall Hill Road, Wiggenhauser

Town Planner Patrice Carson presented a drawing of the proposed reconfiguration to the Commission and explained what the owner would like to do. She indicated that the Staff has no objection to the proposal.

Len Viera made a motion to approve the reconfiguration of property of Philip J. Wiggenhauser, Jr. at 620 Hall Hill Road parcels A, B, & C and 32 Applewood Drive, as shown on map entitled, "Plan Prepared To Show Re-Configuration of Property Lines of Land of Wiggenhauser and Lot 18 of the Hall Hill Estates Subdivision, Re-Configuration Plan, Hall Hill Estates Subdivision". This reconfiguration does not constitute a subdivision because no new lot is created.

This motion was seconded by Michelle Hayward and unanimously approved by the Commission.

III. ADJOURNMENT:

Motion to adjourn made by Mike Collins; seconded by Brad Pellissier and unanimously approved by the Commission. The meeting adjourned at 6:53 p.m.
