SPECIAL MEETING

TUESDAY AUGUST 28^TH, 2003

Co Chairman Bob Loubier called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Members Present: Bob Loubier, John Moak,. Sanya Ank (Lesher Glendinning Municipal Services, Inc.

Bob Loubier open revaluation bids received by Lesher Glendinning Municipal Services, Inc and CLT, Vision issued a letter to the board indicating that they had too much work to take on the job for Somers. CLT was the low bidder at $236,400 for Alternate A and $256,900 for Alternate B. LGMS bid $275,000.

John Moak and Bob Loubier took copies of the proposals to review.

John Moak made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:10 P.M., seconded by Bob Loubier
