BOARD OF ASSESSORS

REGULAR MEETING

TUESDAY OCTOBER 7^TH, 2003

Co chairman Dave Olsen called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M.

Members Present: Bob Loubier, Dave Olsen, John Moak, John Valente (Lesher Glendinning Municipal Services, Inc.

Bills: All bills were unanimously approved, signed and processed from IAAO, Derenzy Copier, Lesher Glendinning, Janice Steinmetz (labor and travel)

Correspondence: – None to report

Old Business: Bob Loubier suggested that the Board advertise in the JI or on the CAAO WEB site for a reval consultant position regardless of the Board of Selectman and Board of Finance lack of approval for such a position. Bob Loubier made a motion to create a position which would monitor and arbitrate LGMS work for the Board of Assessors. The board of Assessors unanimously approved this motion..

New Business: Report from Lesher Glendinning

i. Veterans exemption raised $5,000

ii. Processing of personal property

iii. Free web site of ProphecyOne.us is up and running
