SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

11/19/03; 7:00 p.m.

Town Hall

I. CALL TO ORDER:

The meeting was called to order at 7:05 by Chairman, Joan Formeister. Members present were: Joan Formeister; Karl Walton; Lise Wood; Dan Fraro and Alternate Todd Whitford. Todd was seated for Don Smith.

II. NEW BUSINESS:

a. Wetlands Application #487, Inground Pool in Upland Review Area, 8 Isabella Drive, Juliano's Pools

At the last meeting, the Commission requested that Mr. Juliano submit a letter from the homeowner authorizing him to act in his behalf in applying for a wetlands permit for this pool. The Town Planner received this letter today and has it in the file.

Karl Walton made a motion to approve Wetlands Application #487 for an ingroud pool in the upland review area at 8 Isabella Drive. This motion was seconded by Lise Wood and unanimously approved by the Commission.

III. ADJOURNMENT:

Motion to adjourn made by Dan Fraro; seconded by Todd Whitford and unanimously approved by the Commission. The meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
