The meeting was called to order at 7:30pm by Chairman Roland.

SHS---D.Moser presented copies of SHS Project Schedule. A meeting will be held 12/19/03 with SFU. It is expected the State will issue an authorization to bid 1/14/04 with construction starting 3/16/04. The SFU is waiting for the State Fire Marshall’s review. Brief discussion about hiring Clerk of the Works. A motion was made (Cowles), seconded (Broer), and unanimously approved for P.Roland to advertise for Clerk of the Works. Three prices were presented for printing of bid sets. A motion was made (Cowles), seconded (O’Brien), and unanimously approved to hire Oliveri to print 50 sets.

SES--- Project Schedule was presented and reviewed. MPN expects list of comments from SFU 1/23/04, which will be returned to them 2 weeks later. Authorization to bid is expected 2/10/04. Advertising may follow SHS by a month.

MBA---meeting with staff was held. Discussion of some changes in space use of Central Office; must be finalized by staff soon. Also some comments about locker rooms and office of P.E. staff to be finalized. Relocation of CO---Jim Morrow is looking at tech costs, off-campus vs on-campus, then site visitations will start by staff.

A proposed Invitation to Bid was distributed. Attorney’s comments were shared.

Motion to approve bill for $2470.00, 12/8/03, Inv. 120421, Review of SHS Bid Document, Gordon, Muir, and Foley, LLP, unanimously approved (O’Brien, Cowles).
