SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

June 16, 2004 – 7:00 p.m.

Town Hall Conference Room

I. CALL TO ORDER:

Karl Walton called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present were: Dan Fraro, Karl Walton, Todd Whitford and Lise Wood.

II. OLD BUSINESS:

A motion was made by Dan Fraro, seconded by Lise Wood, and unanimously approved that the Commission move Item b on the agenda forward.

b. Discussion/Possible Decision: Wetlands Application #505, Grading for New House and Footing Drain in Upland Review Area, 240 Four Bridges Road, Raina.

Karl Walton told the Commission members that he had spoken with David Askew regarding the application yesterday and Mr. Askew had said that he had no objection to the approval of this application.

A motion was made by Lise Wood and seconded by Dan Fraro that the Commission approve Mr. Raina’s application. All in favor.

a. Discussion/Possible Decision: Wetland Application #504, Filling Man-Made Wetlands, Lot #5, Orchard View, Whiteley.

Karl Walton reviewed the site plan with the Commission, briefly re-stating the specifics of the application as presented at the June 2 meeting and advised that David Askew had no objection to the approval of the application.

A motion was made by Todd Whitford and seconded by Lise Wood that the Commission approve the application. All in favor.

A motion was made by Todd Whitford, seconded by Lise Wood and unanimously

approved by the Commission to adjourn the meeting at 7:18 p.m.
