I. CALL
TO ORDER:
The Conservation Commission meeting of November 17, 2004, was called to order by Chairman Formeister at 7:30pm. Members Formeister, Fraro, Walton, and Wood were present and constituted a quorum.
II. OLD
BUSINESS:
a. DISCUSSION/POSSIBLE DECISION: WETLANDS APPLICATION #512, GARAGE IN
UPLAND REVIEW AREA, 168 MOUNTAIN ROAD, WELCH
The Commission reviewed the Welch’s application for a garage in an upland review area. A motion was made by Mr. Walton, seconded by Mr. Fraro, and unanimously voted to approve Welch’s Wetlands Application #512 for a garage in and upland review area at 168 Mountain Road.
III.
ADJOURNMENT:
A motion was made by Mrs. Wood, seconded by Mr. Fraro, and unanimously voted to adjourn the Conservation Commission Meeting of November 17, 2004 at 7:33pm.
