ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
June 14, 2005
Call To Order: Chairman Torres called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.
Members Present: John Torres, Edward Mack, Sr., James Meagher, Jr., Barbara Flebotte and Robert Minch. Absent: James Beaulieu, Daniel Scully and Martha Rainey.
Alternates Barbara Flebotte and Robert Minch will be seated.

Brian DuPerre
The Acting Secretary, Ed Mack, read the legal notice. Mr. DuPerre approached the Board. No abutters were present. After discussion, motion made by Commissioner Mack to close the public hearing; second by Commissioner Meagher. Motion approved unanimously. The hearing ended at 7:37 P.M.
Motion made by Commissioner Flebotte to accept the Zoning Board of Appeals Minutes for 5/10/05 with the following corrections, page 2 change “repetitious” to “redundant” and remove “Acting” under New Business; second by Commissioner Minch. Motion approved unanimously.

Motion made by Commissioner Meagher to cease discussion and vote to allow an 18’ side-yard and 20’ rear-yard variance for the location of a shed at 422 Main Street, Somers; second by Commissioner Mack. Motion approved unanimously.

New Business: None.
Correspondence: None.
Bills: Motion made by Commissioner Flebotte to accept all bills for the ZBA including $432.85 for the Journal Inquirer; second by Commissioner Meagher. Motion approved unanimously.
Adjournment: Motion made by Commissioner Minch to adjourn; second by Commissioner Mack. Motion approved unanimously. The meeting ended at 8:00 P.M.
