ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
July 19, 2005
Call To Order: Chairman Torres called the meeting to order at 7:33 P.M.
Members Present: John Torres, Ed Mack, Dan Scully, Jim Beaulieu, Jim Meagher, Bob Minch, Barbara Flebotte; absent: Martha Rainey.
Chairman Torres called the public hearing to order at 7:34 P.M. The secretary, Dan Scully, read the legal notice. A representative from J.R. Russo & Assoc. approached the Board. Abutters, Diane and Terry Carleton and Russell Robinson were present. After much discussion, motion made by Commissioner Mack to close the public hearing; second by Commissioner Beaulieu. Motion approved unanimously. The public hearing ended at 8:00 P.M. The special meeting continued at 8:01 P.M.
Motion made by Commissioner Beaulieu to cease further discussion and vote to approve a variance to allow for a common driveway to provide access to two lots within a proposed three lot subdivision on property located at the intersection of Parker and South Road, Somers; second by Commissioner Meagher. Motion approved unanimously.

Correspondence: None.
Bills: Motion made by Commissioner Beaulieu to approve all ZBA bills including $188.88 to the Journal Inquirer; second by Commissioner Mack. Motion approved unanimously.
Adjournment: Motion made by Commissioner Mack to adjourn; second by Commissioner Beaulieu. Motion approved unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 P.M.
