MEETING MINUTES

November 15, 2005 – 7:00 pm

Selectmen’s Conference Room

1. Call to Order

Charles Colby called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

2. Members Present

Charlie Colby and Jay Doyon. Also present was Mike Redmond, “On the Fly”

3. Approval of Minutes

The minutes of 9/20/05 were reviewed. Jay Doyon made a motion to approve the minutes as presented; motion was seconded by Charlie Colby. All in favor.

4. Old Business

· Configuration of new email service (domain: user@somersct.gov) will begin next week

5. New Business

· Treasurer’s office has new printer; fire marshall has new desktop

· Remote access for updates has been installed for water/sewer in land use

· Building Department is now set up with calendar sharing

· For 2006, weekly meetings will move to Wednesday nights at 8:00 pm

7. Next Meeting

The next meeting is scheduled for December 20, 2005 at 7:00 pm in the Selectmen’s Conference Room.

8. Adjournment

The meeting adjourned by mutual consent at 8:40 pm.
