Design Review Study Committee Meeting

7:00 pm

I. Call to order

Chairman David Reed called the regular meeting to order at 7:07 pm Members present were; Jill Conklin, Rick McCullough, Greg Genlot and David Reed.

II. Minutes approval

A motion was made by Greg Genlot, seconded by Rick McCullough and voted to approve the Minutes of the November 22, 2005 meeting as written.

III. Correspondence

David Reed received a request from Ann Logan; she would like a schedule of our meeting for year 2006.

IV. Old Business

There was no Old Business.

V. New Business

Our next meeting scheduled is December 6, 2005, which will be the first of two public hearings; Legal notices will be placed in the news paper.

At 7:50 pm Jill Conklin made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Greg Genlot.
