Design Review Study Committee Meeting

I. Call to order

Chairman David Reed called the regular meeting to order at 7:08 pm Members present were; Anita Calder, Jill Conklin, Rick McCullough, Greg Genlot and David Reed.

II. Minutes approval

A motion was made by Greg Genlot, seconded by Rick McCullough and voted to approve the Minutes of the December 6, 2005 meeting as written.

III. Correspondence

None

IV. Old Business

There was no Old Business.

V. New Business

The committee discussed the elements of the Design Advisory Review Board. Reviewing a first draft/worksheet.
