ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
December 20, 2005
Call To Order: Vice Chairman, Edward Mack, called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M.
Members Present: Edward Mack, Daniel Scully, James Meagher, Robert Minch and Barbara Flebotte. Absent: John Torres and James Beaulieu.
Commissioner Mack seated alternates, Robert Minch and Barbara Flebotte.
The public hearing commenced at 7:33 P.M. Secretary, Dan Scully, read the legal notice. Applicant, Brian Wilcox of 83 Partridge Run Road, Somers, approached the Board to request a variance for a shed/pool house to enclose his existing in-ground pool filter/heater. No abutters were present. After much discussion, motion made by Commissioner Flebotte to close the public hearing; second by Commissioner Meagher. Motion approved unanimously. The public hearing ended at 7:47 P.M.
Motion made by Commissioner Scully to cease discussion and vote; second by Commissioner Meagher. Motion approved unanimously to approve a 6’ variance to allow for a shed/pool house located at 83 Partridge Run Road, Somers.

New Business
Review proposed calendar for 2006 meeting dates.
Motion made by Commissioner Scully to accept the ZBA 2006 Meeting Schedule as presented; second by Commissioner Meagher. Motion approved unanimously.
Correspondence: None.
Bills: Motion made by Commissioner Flebotte to approve all bills including $519.30 for the Journal Inquirer and $54.49 for ZBA office supplies; second by Commissioner Meagher. Motion approved unanimously.
Adjournment: Motion made by Commissioner Minch to adjourn; second by Commissioner Scully. Motion approved unanimously. The meeting ended at 7:57 P.M.
