Design Review Study Committee Meeting

Wednesday January 18, 2005

7:00 pm

I. Call to order

Chairman David Reed called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 pm Members present were; Anita Calder, Jill Conklin, Joe Iadarola, Rick McCullough, Greg Genlot and David Reed.

II. Minutes approval

A motion was made by Greg Genlot, seconded by Joe Iadarola and voted to approve the Minutes of the December 20, 2005 meeting as written.

III. Correspondence

None

IV. Old Business

The committee discussed the elements of the Design Advisory Review Board. Reviewing a second draft/worksheet, our recommendations will be forwarded to the board of selectmen.

Greg Genlot made a motion to accept the outline and forward our recommendations to the board of selectmen; the motion was seconded by Anita Calder.

IV Adjournment

At 8:30 pm Joe Iadarola made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Anita Calder.
