MEETING MINUTES

June 21, 2006 – 8:00 pm

Selectmen’s Conference Room

1. Call to Order

Charles Colby called the meeting to order at 8:10 pm.

2. Members Present

Charlie Colby, Mike Duffy, Rick Lees, and Jay Doyon.

3. Approval of Minutes

The minutes of 3/15/2006 was motioned for approval by Mike Duffy, seconded by Rick Lees. All in favor.

4. Old Business

· Email transition complete – www.somersct.gov/email

· 2006-07 budget = $16,900

5. New Business

· Mike Duffy made a motion to start preliminary design work of a new town website, seconded by Jay Doyon. All in favor.

6. Audience Correspondence

None

7. Next Meeting

The next meeting scheduled for July 19, 2006 has been cancelled. The next meeting will be held on August 16, 2006 at 8:00 pm in the Selectmen’s Conference Room.

8. Adjournment

The meeting adjourned by mutual consent at 9:54 pm.
