MINUTES OF MEETING – JUNE 21, 2006

Meeting called to order at 7:29 p.m. by Gil Rivard. Present: Barbara Henderson, Lois Matczak, Gil Rivard and Tony Pellegrino. Absent: Malfalda Carra and Len Slaga.

Motion made by Barbara Henderson and seconded by Lois Matczak to accept the minutes as presented with the exception of the correct spelling of Mr. Pinney’s name.

Executive Directors Report: New ranges and refrigerators have been placed in 36 units. The remaining will be done as soon as possible. All apartments are rented and all rents paid on time. We have a humongous waiting list. Apartment 11 will be vacant soon and after complete painting, cleaning, etc. it will then be filled.

Tony Pellegrino gave his financial report. All bills are paid and up to date. Motion made by Barbara Henderson and seconded by Lois Matczak to order The Replacement Reserve Report to be done as mandated by the State and Tony will send the necessary deposit to pay for it.

Barbara Henderson reported on your meeting with Ken Anderson – report attached.

A list of alternative consultants was given to Lois Matczak to try to contact them.

The bylaws of the Commission were addressed:

The Executive Director will serve as Secretary.

A motion made by Barbara Henderson and seconded by Lois Matczak to delay the Annual Meeting to July 19, 2006 at 7:30 p.m.

Barbara Henderson made motion and seconded by Lois Matczak to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 p.m.
