LIBRARY EXPANSION STUDY COMMITTEE

 

 

July 19, 2006

 

 

The meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM.

 

MEMBERS PRESENT: Ed Burns, Bob Socha, Jim Conlin, Mike Gruber, Shirley Warner and Irma Claman.  Francine Aloisa was also present.

 

The purpose of the meeting is to select an architect to do preliminary drawings on the proposed library expansion.

Tim Welch moved to select Best Joslin as the architect and Kenyon & Cutler as the back-up choice. Should Best Joslin not be able to accept the commission the firm of Kenyon & Cutler will be selected. Seconded by Bob Socha and approved unanimously.

 

The next meeting is scheduled for July 26, 2006.

 

The meeting adjourned at 6:55 PM.
