LIBRARY EXPANSION STUDY COMMITTEE

 

September 13, 2006

 

The meeting was called to order at 5 PM.

 

MEMBERS PRESENT:  Jim Conlin, Mike Gruber, Ed Burns, Shirley Warner, Tim Welch and Irma Claman. Bob Socha was absent. Also present were Francine Aloisa and Barbara Joslin.

 

Shirley Warner moved to accept the minutes of August 30 and September 6, 2006. Seconded by Mike Gruber and approved unanimously.

 

Discussion was had about the budget figures submitted by the architect and the proposed brochure.

 

Shirley Warner moved to approve payment of $13,000 to Best Joslin for schematic design of the proposed library expansion. Seconded by Mike Gruber and approved unanimously.

 

The meeting adjourned at 6:15 PM.
