LIBRARY EXPANSION STUDY COMMITTEE

MINUTES OF MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 20, 2006

 

The meeting was called to order at 5:05 p.m.

 

MEMBERS PRESENT:   Jim Conlin, Mike Gruber, Bob Socha, Shirley Warner, Tim Welch and Ed Burns.  Irma Claman was absent.  Also present were Francine Aloisa, Library Director and Barbara Joslin of Best Joslin Architects.

 

Review was conducted of latest budget figures supplied by Best Joslin.   Barbara Joslin was requested to make some emendations and also to supply an abbreviated one page report to be delivered to the Board of Finance at the upcoming September 25 meeting.

 

Tim Welch moved, Mike Gruber seconded to adjourn the meeting. Adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
