LIBRARY EXPANSION STUDY COMMITTEE

October 25, 2006

The meeting was called to order at 5 PM.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Ed Burns, Bob Socha, Jim Conlin, Shirley Warner, Mike Gruber, Tim Welch and Irma Claman.

Ken Best was also present.

The committee members discussed their reactions to the October 23rd meeting with the Finance Board.

Copies of the printed brochure to be sent to town residents were distributed to the members of the study committee.

The actual cost for. printing the brochures was $885.00 and the mailing costs were $156.00.

Discussion was had on the expansion information session to be held at the library on Monday, October 30th.

The meeting adjourned at 5:55 PM.
