MEETING MINUTES

November 15, 2006 – 8:00 pm

Selectmen’s Conference Room

1. Call to Order

Charlie Colby called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm.

2. Members Present

Charlie Colby, Rick Lees.

Guest – David Pinney

3. Approval of Minutes

The minutes of 10/18/2006 were approved

4. Old Business

· Still waiting on Website update

· Police Monitor on hold. They will be on sale next month. A few will be ordered.

· Folder access is password protected by machine and username.

· Town Hall and Fire Dept. equipment is obsolete and will be disposed of if Social Services does not want it.

5. New Business

· Town Clerks Office requested an all in one printer – Approved and will be ordered.

· Committee received a request for it annual report. It will be done.

6. Audience Correspondence

· Request to submit a capital budget.

· Discussion of direction of committee and technical requirements of town.

· Discussion of possible database solutions for Town departments.

7. Next Meeting

The next meeting is scheduled for December 20, 2006, at 8:00 pm in the Selectmen’s Conference Room.

8. Adjournment

The meeting adjourned by mutual consent at 9:45 pm.
