Review RFQ's		Two firms presented: Dodson Associates and BSC Group
Select Consultant		After some discussion, Ferrero Hixon Assoc. and Dodson Assoc. were eliminated and a vote taken for the 2 remaining groups; the consensus among those present was BCS Group – 5 votes and Dodson Assoc – 3 votes with further recommendation from Chairman Reed.
