COMPUTER COMMITTEE

MEETING MINUTES

March 23, 2007 – 8:00 pm

Selectmen’s Conference Room

1. Call to Order

Charlie Colby called the meeting to order at 8:10 pm.

2. Members Present

Charlie Colby, Rick Lees, Mike Duffy

3. Approval of Minutes

The minutes of 2/21/2007 were approved with changes as noted.

4. Old Business

· Follow up note about U drive needed. As well as a note on email usage. The Town email address is the one that should be used.

5. New Business

· $3000.00 left in 2006/2007 budget. We do not need any new computers because of the donated units. We have plenty of monitors as well.

· New computers from General Dynamics being processed and set up.

· Suggestion that the committee have Mike Redman attend any Plotter/Scanner demos on behalf of the committee.

· Status of distribution lists.

· Most of next years money will be spent on Maintenance and website updates.

· Mike suggested that the committee have more understanding of and access to the system backup process.

8. Adjournment

The meeting adjourned by mutual consent at 9:00 pm.
