The meeting was called to order at 5 PM.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Bob Socha, Jim Conlin, Mike Gruber, Shirley Warner, Tim Welch, Andrew Phillips, Phil Rosenthal and Irma Claman.

Francine Aloisa was also present.

Bob Socha and Phil Rosenthal prepared a draft of the Request ~or Proposal for the library building project. Discussion was had concerning same.

The meeting adjourned at 6:10 PM.

The meeting was called to order at 5:05 PM.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Bob Socha, Mike Gruber, Jim Conlin, Shirley Warner, Andrew Phillips, Tim Welch, Phil Rosenthal and Irma Claman.

Also present were Francine Aloisa-and David Pinney.

Shirley Warner moved to approve the minutes of March 14, 2607. Seconded by Jim Conlin and approved unanimously.

Discussion was had about the supplemental proposal form prepared by Bob Socha to be included with fuhe architect/engineer proposal in the bid package to be given to interested architects.

There will be a special meeting on March 28th at 5 PM to prepare the bid package.

The meeting adjourned at 6:30 PM.
