TOWN OF SOMERS LIBRARY BUILDING COMMITTEE

April 4, 2007

The meeting was called to order at 5 PM.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Jim Conlin, Andrew Phillips, Mike Gruber, Tim Welch, Shirley Warner, Phil Rosenthal. Bob Socha and Irma Claman.

Also present was Francine Aloisa.

Shirley Warner moved to amend the agenda to include approval of minutes of March 21 and March 28, 2007. Seconded by Jim Conlin and approved unanimously.

Shirley Warner moved to approve the minutes of March 21, 2007. Seconded by Bob Socha and approved unanimously.

Shirley Warner moved to approve the minutes of' March 28, 2007. Mike Gruber seconded and approved unanimously.

Discussion was had about the contents of the bid package.

There will be a special meeting on April 11, 2007 to finalize the bid package.

The meeting adjourned at 6:05 PM.
