TOWN OF SOMERS LIBRARY BUILDING COMMITTEE

April 11, 2007

The meeting was called to order at 5 PM.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Bob Socha, Mike Gruber, Andrew Phillips, Tim Welch, Irma Claman, Phil Rosenthal and Shirley Warner. Jim Conlin was absent.

Also present was Francine Aloisa.

Discussion was had about the legal notice to be published. in the Journal Inquirer advertising for architects.

Bob Socha moved that the RFP dated April 11, 2007, as revised by the Library Building Committee, be accepted. The

notice will be published in the Journal Inquirer during the week of April 15th, 2007 and sent to interested architects. Bids must be submitted by 4 PM on Thursday, May 10, 2007

to the Town Clerk of the town of Somers. Seconded by Mike Gruber and approved unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 6:15 PM.
