TOWN OF SOMERS LIBRARY BUILDING COMMITTEE

April 18, 2007

The meeting was called to order at 5:05 PM.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Bob Socha, Shirley Rosenthal and Irma Claman.

Andrew Phillips, Jim Conlin and Mike Francine Aloisa was also present.

Warner, Tim Welch, Phil

Gruber were absent.

Francine Aloisa advised the committee that a full set of architectural prints for the library have been recovered. Bob Socha will review them to make certain that they are complete.

Shirley Warner moved to approve the minutes of April 4, 2007. Seconded by Bob Socha and approved unanimously. Bob Socha moved to approve the minutes of April 11, 2007. Seconded by Phil Rosenthal and approved unanimously.

In response to a request from David Pinney and Ed Sullivan, Tim Welch estimated the need for approximately $90,000.00

to be set aside for the payment of bills that fall due before the bond money becomes available.

Discussion was had about the contents of the bid package to be given to interested architects.

The meeting adjourned at 6:25 PM.
