Minutes of Meeting

Thursday, April 19, 2007

Members present:  David Reed, Barry Moynihan, Ron Elliott, Pat Kennedy, Jill Conklin, Everett Morrill, and Ann Levesque

Members Absent:  Karl Walton and Bob Lapadula

Guests:  Dave Pinney, Aris Stalis from BSC Group

Call to order at 7:03 p.m. by Chairman Reed.

1.  Aris Stalis presented the proposed development plan for the Main Street Streetscape design that will be presented at the upcoming public hearing.

2.  Committee agreed to have the public hearing at the Grammar School in Somersville on Thursday, May 31, 2007 at 7 p.m., contingent upon the availability of the Grammar School.

3.  The committee's next and final meeting will be on Thursday, June 14th to finalize the group's work.

Meeting adjourned by mutual consent at 8:37 p.m.
