I. CALL TO ORDER

The special meeting was called to order by Chairman James Persano at 8:32 p.m. Present were James Persano, Tom Mazzoli, George Warner, Marilyn Pronovost and Michael Parker. Also attending: Treasurer Edward Sullivan, First Selectman David Pinney.

II. BUDGET DISCUSSION

The Town citizens voted to approve the proposed budget at the May 15^th referendum.

III. RECOMMEND MIL RATE

James Persano requested a motion to increase the mil rate from 21.01 to 21.56 mils as approved by the referendum vote. The motion was made my Tom Mazzoli, seconded by George Warner and unanimously voted to approve.

IV. ADJOURNMENT

James Persano moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:33 p.m. and it was unanimously approved.
