TOWN OF SOMERS LIBRARY BUILDING COMMITTEE

May 22, 2007

The special meeting to interview architects Moser Pilon Nelson and CJ Lawler Associates was called to order at 5 PM.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Tim Welch, Bob Socha, Irma Claman, Warner, Mike Gruber, Phil Rosenthal, Andrew Phillips Jim Conlin.

Also present was Francine Aloisa.

Shirley and

Tim Welch reported that the town attorney has advised that' Jacunski Humes and JCJ Architects have failed to meet the requirements and their bid packages should be refused.

Moser Pilon Nelson and CJ Lawler Associates made their pre­sentations to the committee.

The meeting adjourned at 8:20 PM.
