Welch, Bob Socha, Jim Conlin, Mike Gruber, Shirley Warner, Andrew Phillips,
Phil Rosenthal and Irma Claman. Also present were Francine
Aloisa and Ryszard Szczypek of the architectural firm of Tai Soo Kim. |

The architect and the
committee reviewed the proposed abbreviated standard form of agreement
between the owner and the architect. |

The meeting adjourned at 7
