of Minutes
June
20,2007 and August 22, 2007 minutes were approved.
4. Old Business
·
Discussion with members
about the proposal for the Town Website. We thought the proposal would be
broken down to reflect the initial estimate of $9,000.00 and the rest of the
$20,000 by segment and work done. We would like to see a proposal for the
initial work. Discussion about issuing a single purchase order for the full
amount or to break it up into smaller purchase orders.

The committee
will ask Mike for a proposal that will be broken into individual projects.
5. New Business
·
Discussion of who
should be on the town mail lists. It was agreed that it should only include
committee members or Town officials. It should not include vendors or suppliers.
·
We would like to
try to move on the website before our next meeting.
·
Discussion about
the distribution of the new computers.
