SOMERS SCHOOL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION COMMITTEE

Members Present: J.MacFeat, J.Butler, J.Formeister, P.Roland, J.O’Brien

The Special Meeting was called to order at 7:34pm by Chairman Roland.

MBA/CO---waiting for as-builts from MPN; P.Roland will contact them. J.MacFeat needs some documents still to review. EBI needs to pass Johnson Control warranties to us.

One or two punch list items remain.

A motion was made and unanimously passed authorizing Chairman Roland to make discretionary decisions on behalf of the Committee as needed, with agreement from Business Director B.Boutwell and Superintendent Suffredini (O’Brien, Butler).

A motion was made to schedule meetings on the second Thursday of each month in 2008, to be held in the MBA Conference Room: 1/10, 2/14, 3/13, 4/10, 5/8, 6/12, 7/10, 8/14, 9/11, 10/9, 11/13, 12/11 (O’Brien, MacFeat). It is not expected the Committee will need to meet often, but we cannot “disband” yet.

Misc. vendors per 12/13/07 memo from B.Boutwell (MacFeat, O’Brien)
