TOWN OF SOMERS

LIBRARY BUILDING COMMITTEE

February 13, 2008

The meeting was called to order at 5 PM.

MEMBERS PRESENT; Tim Welch, Mike Gruber, Andy Phillips, Irma Claman, Bob Socha and Phil Rosenthal.

Shirley Warner and Jim Conlin were absent.

Also present were Francine Aloisa, John Wilcox and Jeanette O-Connell.

Irma Claman moved to pay Tai Soo Kim $12,720.00, as per bill dated February 4, 2008, for construction drawings. Seconded by Mike Gruber and approved unanimously.

Jeanette O’Connell presented the proposed color pallete with new carpet choices. The committee decided to go with the original carpet selections.

Discussion was had with John Wilcox re the project plan activities.

Tim Welch advised that David Pinney has signed the contract with National Library Relocations for the move to Kibbe-Fuller. The middle to the end of April is the projected date for the move.

Andy Phillips moved to approve the minutes of January 30, 2008 and February 6, 2008. Mike Gruber seconded and approved unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 6:45 PM.
