MEET AT TOWN HALL 6:00 p.m.
I. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Rob Martin called the special meeting of the Zoning Commission to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall. Members Jill Conklin, Rob Martin, Wes Smith and alternate Dan Fraro (seated for Ray Hafford) were present and constituted a quorum.
II. OLD BUSINESS:
a. SITE WALK: 225
& 251 FIELD ROAD, SMYTH & AVERY
The
Commission drove to 225 and 251 Field Road to walk and view the Smyth and Avery
properties which are the subject of an open public hearing. Nothing was discussed. The Commission returned to Town Hall.
A
motion was made by Dan Fraro, seconded by Jill Conklin and unanimously voted to
adjourn the April 7, 2008 special Zoning Commission meeting at 6:45 p.m.
