ZONING MINUTES

REGULAR MEETING

April 21, 2008 - 7:00 p.m.

TOWN HALL

 

I.          CALL TO ORDER

 

Chairman Rob Martin called the regular meeting of the Zoning Commission to order at 7:05 p.m.  Members Jill Conklin, Dan Fraro and Rob Martin were present and constituted a quorum.

 

II.            MINUTES APPROVAL:  April 7, 2008

 

A motion was made by Jill Conklin, seconded by Dan Fraro and unanimously voted to approve the minutes of the April 7, 2008 Special Meeting as written.

 

III.            INTERVIEW DESIGN REVIEW BOARD CANDIDATES – There were none.

 

IV.       OLD BUSINESS:

 

a.                 Discussion:  Zoning Commission’s Proposed Amendments To The Zoning Regulations For Outdoor Wood Burning Furnaces – Set Hearing Date

The discussion and setting the Public Hearing date were deferred to the next meeting of the Zoning Commission.

 

b.                 Other – There was no other Old Business.

 

V.         NEW BUSINESS:

 

a.            OTHER – There was no other New Business.

 

VI.            DISCUSSION:  PLAN OF CONSERVATION & DEVELOPMENT

 

a.                 Ridgeline Regulations – Review Draft

The discussion of the Ridgeline Regulations was deferred.

 

VII.            STAFF/COMMISSIONER REPORTS – None were presented.

 

VIII.            CORRESPONDENCE AND BILLS – None were presented.

 

IX.            ADJOURNMENT

 

A motion was made by Dan Fraro, seconded by Jill Conklin and unanimously voted to adjourn the April 21, 2008 Zoning Commission meeting at 7:07 p.m.
