Members of the Pension board are the trustees for pension plans of both
the town employees and the volunteer fire department. The trustees hold and
invest the plan assets for the benefit of the participants. At present the
assets for the Town Plan are invested through the Consults Service at Merrill
Lynch. The assets of The Fire Department are invested with Vanguard Group.
The Pension Board has scheduled meetings once each quarter. The meetings for
2004 are on following dates:
Thursday, February 5
Thursday, May 6
Thursday, August 5
Thursday, November 4
All scheduled meetings for next year are at 9:00 A.M.
